Yancy Cupp
Yancy Cupp is co-founder of IRONCLAD Vehicle Undercoating and a third-generation business owner in Williamsport. He also owns Cupp’s Vacuum Center, a family-owned business that has proudly served the local community since 1955 — a legacy built on craftsmanship, repair expertise, and long-term customer trust.
Raised in a hands-on service environment, Yancy developed an early appreciation for preventative maintenance and doing the job correctly the first time. After training under experienced professionals at Troup’s Undercoating, he helped launch IRONCLAD to bring professional, lanolin-based rust protection to drivers who depend on their vehicles year-round.
Known for his attention to detail and practical approach, Yancy believes protecting a vehicle goes beyond appearance — it’s about preserving safety, value, and longevity. His commitment to integrity, accountability, and community carries through every aspect of IRONCLAD’s work.
Mort Neely
Mort Neely brings a people-first mindset and decades of leadership experience to IRONCLAD Vehicle Undercoating. With a background in education, residential services, and organizational leadership, he has spent his career building trust, mentoring teams, and doing the right thing — especially when it matters most.
With a Master of Education and experience in director-level roles across Pennsylvania, Mort’s work has centered on leadership development, accountability, and creating environments where people feel respected, supported, and motivated to perform at their best. That philosophy carries directly into the way IRONCLAD operates today.
